👉🏻 Vendor check-in and set-up begins Friday, August 1st at noon. All marketplace vendors need to be set up by 3 pm.

👉🏻Food Trucks are assigned spaces. No trading spaces, please. Spaces are assigned based on power needs. There will be signage with your name telling you where to go!

Vendor & Food booth registration is now open for 2025 (on this page) All registration will be available online this year. We prefer you use this option, however if you need a hard copy registration form, please use the contact form above and we'll make sure you get what you need.

This registration covers participants in the Creamery Picnic Marketplace and our food court.
