August 2nd & 3rd, 2024 – Lewis & Clark Park

The Creamery Picnic Marketplace is a handcrafted vendor fair and artists show featuring local and regional artists at Lewis & Clark Park in Stevensville, MT.

​

There will be no political (parties or candidates) booths allowed in the Creamery Picnic Marketplace. 

​

SIGN-UP 

Local and made-in-Montana products are given first preference. It is important for the Creamery Picnic Marketplace’s continued growth to keep things fresh for the shoppers as well. Items should be handmade/designed by the vendor and not mass-produced. We feature both local and regional products.

The Creamery Picnic Marketplace’s mission is to increase awareness of handmade goods as an alternative to mass-produced items and support local and regional small businesses by providing a place to sell their goods. Products should complement the merchandise sold in local businesses in Stevensville, offering something fresh for locals to purchase while maintaining quality and a “shop local” atmosphere.

REGISTRATION FEE

For Maketplace & Artist Vendors, the $150 fee must be paid during registration to ensure your place in the market. If you are unable to pay the full fee at time of registration, please email us at info@stevensvillecivicclub.com.

If you are a non-profit or food vendor looking to have a booth, we have a separate registration available.

12’x12’   $150  

Booth sizes are listed in width x depth. 

​

No electricity available and generators will not be allowed during event hours.

​

We cannot accommodate special requests for booth spaces. Spaces will be arranged so that all vendors receive as equal foot traffic as possible. We want everyone to be successful!
